A Quick Overview - The Observer Effect:

I absolutely love Ray Porter's narration! His pacing and tone are spot on, and he really brings the characters to life. He has this incredible knack for capturing their thoughts and emotions, making every performance feel so authentic. The Observer Effect is the third part of The Joseph Bridgeman series, and it builds on the concept of The Continuum, which was first introduced in The Shadows of London. The author does an excellent job tying everything together across the series, leaving you wondering if certain elements were planned from the start or if they were added on the fly—either way, it all works seamlessly.

In-Depth Review - The Observer Effect:

The Observer Effect audiobook kicks off with Joseph trying to get back to a normal life and repair his relationship with Alexia, but things aren't looking good. After a tense meeting with her, he meets Gabrielle, a woman who claims she was sent by Iris, and asks him to follow her to a hotel. Skeptical at first, Jo agrees.

As Jo dives deeper into the mystery of The Continuum and its team, he discovers he’s not the only one who can time travel—there are hundreds of others. He’s full of questions but decides to ask them little by little. Much to Gabrielle’s surprise, Iris asks Jo to join her on a mission to Paris, which he reluctantly agrees to, though he’s torn about whether to tell Amy.

Their mission? To save a man named Philip from a fire at the Opera House in 1873 and rescue Niels, another time traveler, whose malfunctioning watch (thanks to Scarlet) has trapped him between different times.
